Pork Loin Roast With Citrus and Chutney Glaze

A great porkloin roast recipe to try !
Pork Loin Roast Recipe Ingredients:

* 1 pork loin roast, boneless, about 3 to 5 pounds
* salt and coarsely ground black pepper
* herb seasoning blend, such as a garlic herb blend or fines herbes
* Glaze
* 1/2 cup mango or peach chutney
* juice of 1 orange
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 2 tablespoons butter

Pork Loin Roast Recipe Instructions :
Trim excess fat from the pork loin; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herb mixture. Insert a meat thermometer into the center of the roast. Roast to about 155° on the meat thermometer, about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours, depending on size of roast.

Combine glaze ingredients in a small saucepan; heat to a simmer, stirring to blend. Brush all over the pork loin roast and continue roasting to 160°. Remove from oven and let stand for about 15 minutes before slicing the roast. Serve pork loin roast recipe with remaining chutney mixture, if desired. Serves 6 to 8...nice..enjoy it !
